These services may be required for individual’s having suffered a traumatic brain injury or concussion, severe orthopaedic injury, poly - trauma, or where additional support is required due to complex psycho-social factors or age related factors. Our Occupational Therapists develop comprehensive rehabilitation programs in collaboration with medical personnel and other treating professionals considering the individual’s goals. Treatment interventions may be delegated to a rehabilitation assistant to provide one to one treatment support. Through ongoing communication the individuals progress is monitored and program needs are reviewed so that the rehabilitation plan may be advanced in a timely manner.
