Mary Jo Mulgrew

Mary Jo is the owner and operator of Focus Rehabilitation and Consulting Inc. Clinical interests include case management, FCE and CoFC assessments, Functional Cognitive Assessments, mental health and brain injury services, return to work and ergonomic assessments.
In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and pursuing all things Okanagan!
Meghan received a Bachelor of Arts with a Major in Linguistics (Speech Science) and Psychology from the University of Calgary in 2000. She achieved Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Western Ontario in 2005. Meghan’s clinical strengths include treatment of the upper extremity and hand injuries, ergonomic assessments, case management, Functional Capacity Evaluations and CoFC Assessments.
In addition to Provincial and National Licensure and Memberships, Meghan is a member of the WCHTA and CSHT.
Jackie received a Bachelors in Human Kinetics from University of BC in 2010. She obtained her Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy from McMaster University in 2012 with research results presented at the 2012 CAOT Conference. Clinical strengths include physical rehabilitation, case management, ergonomic assessments, FCE and CoFC Assessments as well as working with complex mental health and brain injury clients.
On her time off she enjoys cycling, honing her golf skills, volunteering, participating in charitable events and mentoring others.
Chantelle received a Bachelors of Science, majoring in Biology and Psychology, from University of Victoria in 2009. She obtained her Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy from McMaster University in 2012. Clinical strengths include physical rehabilitation, case management, PGAP, as well as working with complex mental health and brain injury clients. Chantelle has been involved in a number of mental health initiatives within the community and Interior Health.
On her time off she enjoys boating, cycling, hiking, and spending time with her children.
Rob received a Bachelor of Science from the University of British Columbia in 2000. Rob’s clinical strengths include OT Case Management and general Community Occupational Therapy, pediatric assessments and development of fine and gross motor skills programs, home safety and environmental modification assessments. He has extensive experience in power mobility and wheelchair seating assessments.
Robert volunteers at Apex Mountain Resort as part of the Canadian Ski Patrol and also volunteered at Grouse Mountain as part of the BC Skiing for the Disabled from 1998-2004. He also enjoys every opportunity to spend time with his Daughter.
